About Us

Sun Yat-sen University will start with a newly formed faculty team, carefully selecting medical students, and provide advanced smart educational facilities. We will implement outcome-oriented, innovative medical education courses, strengthen "community-based education," emphasize preventive medicine and smart healthcare. We will supplement this with medical humanities and volunteer services with a caring attitude towards individuals. The university aims to actively cultivate interdisciplinary medical students with the motto "broad knowledge, inquiry, careful thought, discernment, and dedicated action," aspiring to produce public-funded physicians rich in humanistic care and technological literacy. We hope Sun Yat-sen University will become a cornerstone in Taiwan for nurturing holistic care public-funded medical students.
